Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

At AISHA Design, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

We are confident you will be happy and love your AISHA purchase. If an item arrives defective We will repair it within thirty (30) days of your purchase at no additional cost. Due to the nature of most of our personalized, and bespoke orders these orders are FINAL SALE.

RECEIVED INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS?

In case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage or is the wrong order, contact us as soon as possible at info@aishartw.com.

Ready-to-wear Collections Returns 
Our policy accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt not including shipping.

- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 5 -7 days to process.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping Costs:

Please note that we do not offer complimentary shipping on returns. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the client.

Exchanges
All ready-to-wear items can be exchanged with 30 days once in brand new never worn sellable condition. Aisha RTW will replace any defective or damaged. All exchange request emails can be sent to us at info@aishartw.com. Please once the exchange is approved send your item to the below address:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he or she will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to address provided above.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
